Blackstock Country Estate is a barn wedding venue in Hellingly, East Sussex, within easy reach of Eastbourne, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. With two restored barns, 70 acres of countryside, five star in-house catering and luxury accommodation available, you can hold your ceremony and celebrations in one location.

Licensed for Your Wedding
Blackstock Country Estate is licensed to hold wedding and civil partnership ceremonies for up to 120 guests, so you can enjoy your ceremony and reception in one place. You can choose an indoor ceremony in our barn or get married outdoors in our grounds. We also offer twilight weddings for couples who prefer a later start to their celebrations.
If you choose to get married elsewhere, you can join us afterwards for your reception and evening celebrations. During your private viewing, we can talk through the options, answer your questions and discuss any particular requirements.
A countryside setting for your wedding day
Set within over 70 acres of East Sussex countryside, Blackstock Country Estate has meadows, lakes and views across the Weald and towards the South Downs. There are plenty of places for your wedding photographs, with room for your guests to enjoy the grounds between celebrations.

Wedding food by Circa Events
Our in-house caterers, Circa Events, will work with you to plan a wedding menu that suits your tastes, budget and style of celebration. Using locally sourced ingredients where possible, their chefs prepare your food while the front-of-house team looks after you and your guests.
During your private viewing, we can talk through the catering options and discuss any dietary requirements.
Staying With Us
We are fortunate enough to have plenty of luxurious accommodation on our estate.
With a four poster bed in our bridal suite, or an external completely self contained annexe with stunning views; both are ideal for your wedding night. Plus we have a host of lovely rooms as well as a self contained cottage that is perfect for the rest of the bridal party.
