If you’re coming to us via Hellingly Village, ignore the left turn into Mill Lane (it’s a very narrow road) and follow Station Road until you reach Park Road.
Turn left in to Park Road (which then becomes Grove Hill after approximately 850 yards) and you will find Blackstock Country Estate approximately 1 mile along on the left hand side.
Directions By Road
From Tunbridge Wells (20.5 miles)
Follow the A267 towards Eastbourne
Through; Frant, Mark Cross, Five Ashes and Cross in Hand.
Be prepared; between Cross in Hand and Heathfield the A267 branches off Right (towards Horam and Eastbourne)
Follow A267 into Horam
Be prepared; turn 1st left onto Horebeech Lane (1st left after the B2203 – Heathfield)
Follow Horebeech Lane through Marle Green and onto Grove Hill
Blackstock Country Estate will be on the right hand side on Grove Hill.
From Uckfield (12.3 miles)
Follow the A22 towards Eastbourne
Through; Halland, Golden Cross and Lower Dicker
At Boship roundabout take the 2nd exit (A271 towards Horsebridge & Herstmonceux)
At mini roundabout take 1st exit (straight over) A271
At traffic lights turn left onto Park Road (towards Hellingly / Marle Green)
Park Road turns into Grove Hill at the Roebuck Housing Estate
Blackstock Country Estate will be on the left hand side on Grove Hill
From Brighton (26 miles)
Follow A27 towards Beddington / Eastbourne
At A27 Drusillas roundabout turn left to Berwick
Follow road through Upper Dicker to A22
Turn right and follow the A22 towards Eastbourne
At Boship roundabout take the 2nd exit (A271 towards Horsebridge & Herstmonceux)
At mini roundabout take 1st exit (straight over) A271
At traffic lights turn left onto Park Road (towards Hellingly / Marle Green)

From Battle (13.4 miles)
Follow the A271 towards Boreham Street / Windmill Hill
At the junction with the A269 High Street turn right onto A271 towards Boreham Street, Windmill Hill and Horsebridge
Follow A271 through Windmill Hill & Herstmonceux to Amberstone
Bear right at Amberstone in to New Road until T-Junction at Park Road
Turn right into Park Road towards Horam
Park Road turns into Grove Hill at the Roebuck Housing Estate
Blackstock Country Estate will be on the left hand side on Grove Hill
By Rail
Polegate station is on the main line West to London Victoria and is only 7 miles via A22 to Blackstock Country Estate
