Back in the early autumn of 2023 a gorgeous autumnal wedding took place. With nods of Star Wars themed elements, take a look through the beautiful Megan & Scott’s Wedding at Blackstock Country Estate.
Megan decided to get ready with her girls in our beautiful Bridal Suite. Megan had a warm brown tone throughout her soft glam look. This made her eyes stand out and the tones of her makeup match the theme of the wedding perfectly. Megan and her bridesmaids had their makeup done by Grace Benson Mua. Megan had her hair in an updo with soft curls to frame her face.
At 1.30 pm Megan & Scott took part in their ceremony. The ceremony was held in our Tudor Barn and was decorated with beautiful autumnal flowers and tones. Megan made her way down the aisle to be greeted by Scott in a dark grey suit and burnt orange tie to match Megan’s bridesmaids. The couple said their vows and soon became husband and wife. After the beautiful ceremony, it was time to get some magical photos of the newly married couple.
Megan and Scott headed outside with their photographer Charlotte Amy photography to get some beautiful photographs in the autumnal sun. They managed to get some really magical shots outside throughout our grounds and also got their beautiful dog to join in to create beautiful family photos, outside the front of the venue.
Megan & Scott then headed into The Granary to enjoy their delicious wedding breakfast which consisted of a beautifully crafted menu.
A diverse array of dishes, ranging from appetisers to desserts, awaited their enjoyment. Here’s a sneak peek at just some of the culinary delights they savoured:
CHORIZO SCOTCH EGG with crispy pancetta, heritage tomato salsa and roasted pepper dressing.
FEATHERBLADE OF BEEF, in a red wine jus, served with roasted red onion and truffle mash.
BAKED CHEESECAKE, with fresh raspberries and white chocolate sauce.
Once the delicious menu was eaten and all the speeches were made it was time to let loose and celebrate the newlyweds. Our beautiful Tudor Barn was decorated for the evening to make the most fabulous dance floor. From the twinkling lights to the Scott & Meg glasses, there were no details left behind. It was truly a wedding to remember.
