Back in the warmth of June 2023 was a beautiful summer wedding where Lauren & Tom tied the knot! This summer celebration was filled with laughter and smiles and was the perfect June wedding. Let’s take a look at Lauren & Tom’s Wedding at Blackstock Country Estate. The day began with Lauren arriving with her bridesmaids at our wonderful Bridal Suite. Lauren looked absolutely stunning in a soft glam makeup look and her hair in a half up half down with a soft curl.
After the guests had arrived and were welcomed, it was time for everyone to be seated for the ceremony. Our Tudor barn was decorated with white and pink flowers and pink bows. The Tudor barn matched the soft summer aesthetic perfectly. Lauren then made her way down the aisle to see Tom waiting for her in a gorgeous navy suit with pale pink accessories. The ceremony was beautiful and full of love; their vows were said and then the pair finally said their ‘I do’s’ and were pronounced husband and wife!
Shortly after the ceremony, between enjoying some bubbles and nibbles, there was time to capture some magical photos of the newlyweds. Lauren and Tom crept off to get some beautiful photos throughout the grounds of Blackstock, taking full advantage of the summer evening sun just beginning to set. The photography was done by the incredible Parker Shots.
Lauren & Tom then headed into The Granary to enjoy their delicious wedding breakfast!
A diverse array of dishes, ranging from appetisers to desserts, awaited their enjoyment. Here’s a sneak peek at just some of the culinary delights they savoured:
AROMATIC DUCK SALAD with a cucumber, spring onion, pickled
mooly and sesame seed salad.
SOUTHDOWN LAMB SHANK, slow cooked in red wine, garlic and rosemary
STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM SHORTCAKE, with a light Chantilly
cream and plump English strawberries.
Lauren and Tom also had an ice cream van parked up for not only stunning photos but the perfect after-dinner summer treat!
Now the ceremony was complete and the wedding breakfast had been enjoyed, it was time to enjoy their first dance together as husband and wife and for everyone to celebrate the start of their new life together. Lauren and Tom and all their guests danced the night away and all ended the night on such a wonderful high. Lauren and Tom made their way the The Tudor Cottage to complete their fantastic wedding day.
