What made it even more delightful was the convenience of having everything right at their fingertips. After getting all glammed up, they were able to unwind and savour the moment with a bottle of sparkling wine. Adding to the sweetness of the occasion, our talented in-house catering team whipped up delectable pastries and fresh fruit, adding a delightful culinary touch to their pre-wedding festivities.

PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM, Wilted spinach, soft goats cheese, roasted pine nuts, served on mediterranean roasted vegetables with a light parmesan cream
SUSSEX CHEESE BOARD, Barkham blue, Sussex Charmer and soft goats cheese, served with seedless grapes, crackers and chutney
