Breakfast Chef
(Seasonal: 4 hours shifts – 8.30am to 12.30pm – July & August)
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to cater for our residents, the day after their event. This summer position would suit anyone with catering background, looking for a few regular hours of work.
Duties will include
- Preparation, cooking, service and clearance of full English breakfast
- Average 20 people per group, buffet style
- Some special diets to be looked after (always specified in advance)
- Prepping of a continental Breakfast served to the makeup room if pre-ordered (average group 8 people)

- All dates and shifts can be identified up until the end of August to help you plan accordingly
- Further hours can be made available in our main kitchen for the right applicant
- You will be working under the guidance of our Head Chef, but need to be able to use your own initiative
- We will consider college leavers with references
- Ideally own transport to get to our rural location (or reliable lifts)
- Good hourly rate, based on experience
Qualities we would like
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Experience preferred but not necessary as training will be given
